An LLM development platform for teams building AI-powered products. Langtail provided prompt management, evals, testing, and observability. After about a year, the team pivoted — the learnings became the foundation for Macaly.

After Avocode was acquired by Ceros, I stayed on to lead product for their Open Design platform — an interactive content creation tool used by marketers and designers to build rich, animated digital experiences without code.

Co-founded with four co-founders, Avocode became a widely-used design handoff and collaboration tool — bridging the gap between designers and engineers. We scaled the team to 40 people at peak, then sold the company to Ceros after eight years.

The same founding team behind Avocode started here, building plugins for Photoshop and Sketch. The flagship product was CSS Hat — a Photoshop plugin that instantly generates CSS, LESS, or Sass from any selected layer. There was also PNG Hat. These tools found a devoted audience among front-end developers and planted the seed for Avocode.
